(ORAL) The petitioner herein seeks the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.338 dated 02.07.2020 registered at Police Station Shahbad, District Kurukshetra, under Section 18 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. Learned State counsel, on the written instructions from ASI Rajesh Kumar of Police Station Special Detective Unit, Kurukshetra, submits that in compliance of the order dated 02.11.2020 as passed by this Court, the petitioner had joined in the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required and he is not involved in any other criminal case of the similar nature.

In view of the above-discussed submission of learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as extended to the petitioner vide the said order dated 02.11.2020, is made absolute.
However, the petitioner shall continue to join in the investigation as and when required to do so and shall also strictly abide by all the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
