The present petition has been filed under Section 482, Cr.P.C., 1973, seeking quashing of FIR No.128 dated 12.06.2024 under Sections 448, 511 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Focal Point Ludhiana, District Ludhiana and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to file fresh petition challenging the challan filed in the present FIR.
