Office note indicates that respondent no.2 stands served. Case has been called out twice since morning. However, none has appeared on behalf of respondent no.2.
On 27.5.2025, the following order was passed by this Court: The appellants have filed the present appeal against the impugned order dated 19.05.2025 passed by the Judge Special Court, Ludhiana, whereby, anticipatory bail petition filed by the appellants was ordered to be dismissed in a complaint case No.SC/1270/2021 titled as "Ashok Kumar Vs. Ankush Dutta and others", under Sections 323,341,506,148,149 of IPC and Section 3(1)(r) SC & SC Act.
Learned counsel for the appellants has placed reliance on the order (Annexure P-17), whereby, the concession of anticipatory bail has been granted to similarly placed co-accused Parminder Kaur and Mamta Dutta.

Liberty is also granted to serve the respondent No.2 through his counsel namely Mr. J.S Sibal Advocate, Chamber No.6019, District and Sessions Court Ludhiana, who is representing him before the Trial Court. In the meantime, the apellants are directed to appear before the Trial Court/Duty Magistrate and on their appearance, they shall be admitted to interim bail subject to furnishing their bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court. They shall abide by the conditions enumerated under Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S.S.'

Learned counsel for the rival parties are ad idem that the petitioner has caused appearance before the concerned Trial Court and has been admitted to interim bail in view of the earlier order dated 27.5.2025. passed by this Court.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the record, this Court deems it appropriate to confirm the order dated 27.5.2025 passed by this Court .

Ordered accordingly.
