Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.67 dated 28.04.2025 under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 351(2), 118(1), 191(3), 190, 117(2) & 118(2) of BNS, registered at Police Station Mullanpur, District SAS Nagar, Mohali 2.

Vide order dated 27.05.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 27.05.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.
