!#!" $  Learned Senior Counsel for the parties are in agreement that the petitioner shall apply for voluntary retirement to respondent - Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot to join his new assignment of Controller of Examination in Guru Ravi Das Ayurved University, Hoshiarpur (Punjab) (in short GRDAU, Hoshiarpur) subject to the following conditions:, (i) That the petitioner's lien shall be maintained for a period of two years in the respondent - University against the post, he is presently holding;

(ii) that whatever monetary benefits by way of retiral benefits etc. are due to the petitioner for the service rendered by him with the respondent - University will be released to him or transferred to the GRDAU, Hoshiarpur, as the case may be; and (iii)that in case, the petitioner is not permanently confirmed or absorbed as Controller of Examination in GRDAU, Hoshiarpur before the completion of two years, the petitioner will be at liberty to join at respondent - University on the post presently held by him.

Learned Senior Counsel for the parties state that the parties shall be bound by the above terms and the writ petition may be disposed of as such.
