Affidavit of Himanshu Garg, Superintendent of Police, Charkhi Dadri has been filed in court. Same is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that pursuant to FIR, matter is under investigation. The investigating agency shall endeavor to conclude its investigation and submit a final report under section 173(2) Cr.P.C. before the competent court at the earliest. According to him, at present peace and tranquility prevails in the area. However, in case petitioners express any apprehension of threat to their life, same shall be looked into by the Superintendent of Police forthwith provided a representation in this regard is filed by them.

Under the circumstances, no cause of action now survives in this petition. Same is hereby disposed of.

Petitioners shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival of the petition in case any cause of action arises.
