(ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in pursuance of the arrest warrants issued against him by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Panchkula, in criminal complaint bearing NACT No.296 of 2017, date of institution 09.03.2017, titled Pawan Kumar Walia vs Virender Singh and Another, under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, read with Section 420 IPC. Vide order dated 01.10.2021, passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the trial Court and on his doing so, he was ordered to be released on interim bail, subject to his depositing Rs.15,500/- as costs with the PGIMER, Poor Patient Welfare Fund, Sector-12, Chandigarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the aforesaid order, the petitioner has surrendered before AMAN JAIN 2021.11.29 18:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-39496-2021 (O&M) -2the trial Court and furnished a fresh bail and surety bonds. He further submits that the petitioner had also deposited the aforesaid costs. Learned counsel for the petitioner has forwarded the order dated 06.10.2021 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Panchkula, through e-mail. Photocopy of the same is taken on record. Learned State counsel assisted by learned counsel for the complainant has not disputed the aforesaid factual position.
