**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the Assessment Orders dated 14.11.2014 (colly) (Annexures P-3 & P-4) for the Assessment Years 2006-07 and 2007-08 respectively.

It is not disputed that the Assessment Orders (Annexures P-3 & P-4) are appealable. In this view of the matter, we refrain ourselves from entertaining the writ petition. Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition by relegating the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies available to it before the appropriate Forum in accordance with law.
