Rajesh Bhardwaj, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.12 dated 11.01.2026, registered under Section 22(c) of NDPS Act, 1985, at Police Station Sadar Fatehabad, District Fatehabad. Earlier petition bearing CRM-M-23246-2026 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 01.05.2026 and on that date the same was allowed to be dismissed as not pressed. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the same prayer just after 26 days. The case is under investigation.

This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed at this stage.
