Learned counsel appearing for the Nigam submits that petitioner deposited the entire amount pursuant to demand notice. The matter was compounded thereafter. He submits that department found that the amount was wrongly calculated. It rectified the bona fide mistake by a subsequent order. Thus, matter has been settled between the parties. Aforesaid contention remains uncontroverted.

In view of above, it appears that petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
