Seeking action against the respondent for filing false affidavit in an application under Section 17-B of Industrial Dispute Act in CWP No.16793 of 2018, the petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 340 r/w 195 IPC.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an application for recovery of the money which was paid on account of alleged wrong statement because of which this Court had passed the order dated 20.04.2022.
