Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner(s) contends that the respondents had initiated the process of regular recruitment on two occasions, however, the same were scrapped. He contends that no process of regular recruitment is currently being undertaken by the respondent-Food Corporation of India. He further contends that under the interregnum circumstances, he does not press these writ petitions at this stage and prays that a liberty may be granted to the petitioner(s) to seek revival of these writ petitions in case any fresh cause of action arises. 3.

Disposed of as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
