MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.199 dated 26.03.2024 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 427, 452, 506 of the IPC (offence under Section 326 of the IPC added later on) at Police Station Sirsa City.

Vide order dated 12.07.2024, the petitioner had been granted interim anticipatory bail with direction to join investigation and the relevant part of the said order reads as under:- "Counsel for the petitioner inter alia submits that petitioner was not named in the FIR and is later on nominated as accused and that no specific injury is attributed to the present petitioner. It is further submitted that another co-accused Sharwan Kumar who was named in the FIR is already given benefit of interim bail by this Court vide order dated 25.04.2024 in CRM-M-20436-2024. CRM-M-32830-2024 -2submits that petitioner who is having no criminal history is ready to join investigation with the police." 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 12.07.2024, the petitioner has joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, does not dispute the factum of the petitioner having joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency. He, on further instructions, submits that the petitioner is not required for further investigation much less for his custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 12.07.2024, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) BNSS/438(2) Cr.P.C.
