Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody only for 4 months & 10 days and was declared as proclaimed offender on 27.03.2025, whereafter he was arrested on 17.01.2026 and involved in 3 more cases, in view of which, his learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.
