Vide order dated 10.08.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner was released on interim bail and was directed to join investigation. 3.
Report has been received from the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, as per which, the parties have settled their dispute by way of an amicable settlement. Even written settlement shown to be executed by both the parties is a part of this report. The same be tagged at the appropriate place by the Registry.

In view of the said facts, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 10.08.2022 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. ,
