(Oral) Mr.Lokesh Sinhal, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, has placed on record the proceedings of the meeting held on 22.09.2016 under the Chairmanship of Additional Chief Secretary, Town & Country Planning Department, Haryana, which was attended by the Administrator of the Haryana Wakf Board also. In that meeting, as regard to the instant writ petition filed by the Haryana Wakf Board, the following decision has been taken:- "CWP No.25372 of 2013 titled as Haryana Wakf Board versus State of Haryana and others (UE, Ambala):- It was stated by the Administrator, Wakf Board that the speaking order has already been passed in this matter by the then PSTCP dated 02.08.2013 wherein it was ordered by him that HUDA may earmark a graveyard equivalent to atleast 2 kanal 10 marla in the same sector or Mohinder Kumar Kamboj 2016.10.18 12:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
CWP No.25372 of 2013 [2] in the adjoining sectors or in the nearby area. Sh.Nadeem Akhtar, STP, HUDA, stated that 2 kanal 10 marla land has already been earmarked in Sector-26 part and the same would be handed-over to the Wakf Board at the earliest. It was observed by W/ACSTCP that the land be handed over to the Wakf Board within a period of 15 days. In respect of other observation in the order dated 02.08.2013 of the then PSTCP that in respect of land measuring 03 kanal 10 marla under the ownership of Punjab Wakf Board, the developed plots in proportion to the plots carved out in the sector be allotted to the Haryana Wakf Board. It was directed by W/ACSTCP that this issue may also be settled by HUDA at the earliest keeping in view the orders of the then PSTCP to which Administrator, Wakf Board agreed...."
Since the Administrator of the Wakf Board was present in the aforesaid meeting and has agreed to the decision, we dispose of this writ petition in the above terms.
