**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to consider application of the petitioner for grant of financial help under Rajiv Gandhi Parivaar Bima Yojna. He has relied upon judgment, Annexure P-3. Learned State counsel submits that the case of the petitioner shall be considered by the concerned authority in light of aforesaid judgment and speaking order shall be passed at the earliest, in any case, not later than one month.
