On asking of the Court, Ms. Shubhra Singh, Additional Advocate General, Haryana accepted notice for the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners and then to take appropriate action in the matter. Learned State counsel states that the official respondents would comply with any direction issued by this Court in that regard.
