Present petition has been filed praying for quashing of false and frivolous criminal case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.226, dated 03.09.2021, under Section 306 IPC, at Police Station Beas, Amritsar Rural and also the charge sheet presented against the petitioner along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Further prayer has been made for staying the further proceedings in the FIR during the pendency of the present petition. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the charges are yet to be framed and the next date fixed before the learned trial Court is 28.01.2026.
