(Oral) It has been informed by learned State counsel that in the present case Special Investigating Team (SIT) had been constituted to look into the matter and upon inquiring into the matter, the petitioner has been found innocent and is not sought to be arrested.

In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition filed under provisions of Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
