(ORAL) An objection has been raised by learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the State of Punjab, with respect to the reliefs being claimed in this petition that the same amounts to issuing a mandamus to the Parliament to amend the Commissions of Inquiries Act, 1952, in a particular manner, which is directly against the doctrine of 'Separation of Powers'.
