This order will dispose of three petitions bearing CWP Nos.23047 of 2015, 1937 and 1965 of 2016, as common questions of law and facts have involved therein.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he restricts his prayer to the extent of grant of benefit of Land Pooling Policy notified by the Government dated 19.6.2013.

Learned counsel appearing for GMADA submitted that the Government has decided to give the petitioners benefit of Land Pooling Policy for which the petitioners may submit their options in the office of GMADA at Mohali.
