(ORAL) Appellant-Raj Mohinder Singh, has come up in this appeal against the order dated 19.03.2010 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division) Ambala, whereby the petition under Section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890, filed by the appellant for custody of minor childAviraj Singh, who was born on 08.10.1999, was dismissed. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the instant appeal has been rendered infructuous as the minor child-Aviraj Singh, has attained majority.
