NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing FIR No.148 dated 19.07.2019 under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and later on added Section 29 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the pleas, as have been raised in the present petition, before the trial Court. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. (NAMIT KUMAR) 30.11.2022 JUDGE R.S.
