This order will dispose of CWP-16807-2018 titled 'Prem Chand vs. Smt. Ram Piari Aggarwal Adarsh Bhartiya College' and CWP17109-2018 titled 'Dr. Vinod Kumar Mahajan vs. Smt. Ram Piari Aggarwal Adarsh Bhartiya College', as common questions of law and facts are involved. The two cases were ordered to be heard together vide order dated 12.02.2020, passed in CWP-17109-2018.

Mr. Singla has filed power of attorney on behalf of the respondent in both the petitions, which are taken on record. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the grievance raised in the present petition is to be decided by the Education Tribunal, Punjab and the petitioner(s) had approached this Court when the said Tribunal was not functioning. It is informed that the said Tribunal is now fully functional and as such, the present proceedings be transferred to the Tribunal. A request is also made that as the matters are pending since the year 2018, a direction be issued to the Tribunal for early disposal of the petition.
Heard learned counsel for the parties. Counsels in both these cases are in agreement to the aforesaid.
In view of the above, these petitions are disposed of by transferring these two petitions to the Education Tribunal, Punjab, after following the prescribed procedure and with a direction to the Education Tribunal, Punjab that the same be disposed of at an early date.
