(Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to extend the same financial benefits to the present petitioners as provided to the teachers in the Teachers' Transfer Policy, 2023 dated 09.08.2023, Annexure P-1, who have been posted in District Nuh, on equality basis.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide the pending representation, dated 03.06.2024, Annexure P-3, in a specified period.
