Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had applied for grant of parole through the Jail Superintendent but he has not been informed anything about the said application. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting anything as regards merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3-District Magistrate, Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur and respondent No.4-Superintendent Central PANKAJ KAKKAR 2021.09.24 17:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
