The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.03 dated 11.01.2024, under Sections 406, 420, 498-A, 120-B IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station NRI, District Patiala (Annexure P-1) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that compromise has been effected between the parties, as such, he wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the basis of compromise. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 4.
