Mr. Naveen Kumar, Advocate, for the petitioners. Ms. Rajni Gupta, Additional Advocate General, Haryana. Ms. Sharmila Sharma, Advocate, for private respondents. HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking protection as they apprehend danger to their life and liberty at the hands of private respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as the petitioners have married against the wishes of the private respondents, it is likely that their life and liberty has danger because the threats have been issued by the private respondents to them on the said account. Ms. Sharmila Sharma, Advocate, appearing on behalf of the private respondents, submits that the private respondents are law abiding citizens and will never take law into their own hands and will not act in any manner which is detrimental to the life and liberty of the petitioners or is against the law.

CRWP-8890-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the statement of the learned counsel of the private respondents, he does not wish to press this petition any further as the grievance of the petitioners stand redressed.
