PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) The present petition was filed u/s 482 Cr.P.C. seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to hand-over the investigation in case FIR No.83 dated 12th of August, 2019 to some Senior Officer within the jurisdiction of Police Range Ludhiana.

During pendency of the present petition, Investigating Agency has filed cancellation report twice before the concerned Magistrate wherein the same has been objected by the petitioner. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts that the Investigating Agency has already concluded its investigation and the same already stands presented before concerned Magistrate u/s 173 Cr.P.C., in the fitness of the DEEPAK KUMAR 2022.10.14 19:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
