**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of orders dated 09.08.2016 (Annexures P-7), 11.02.2016 (Annexures P-5) and 17.09.2013 (Annexures P-3), passed by respondents No.2 to 4. 2.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently certain relevant material facts along with supporting documents have been missed, in the present writ petition. Accordingly, a prayer was made that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action by incorporating correct and better particulars. 3.
