***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner, who is employed as ETT Teacher, has impugned her transfer on the ground that she being physically handicapped to be considered in terms of general policy dated 11.04.2017, Annexure P-5. State in its reply has taken a stand that petitioner can apply afresh in next general transfer. Relevant portion thereof reads as under:- "Moreover, no government employee can claim place of posting of his/her choice. It is further submitted that the petitioner can apply for transfer during the year of 2018. If the claim of the petitioner is found to be suitable and any vacant post is available in District Fazilka then the claim of the petitioner can be considered for the purpose of transfer in District Fazilka."

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to make appropriate representation.
