, -./ The present petition had been filed against the order dated 08.05.2024 passed by the Judge, Special Court, Fazilka whereby the application of the petitioner for being declared as a Juvenile was dismissed. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent contends that the trial has already concluded and the petitioner stands convicted. He contends that all the pleas would be available to the petitioner even in the appeal.
