(Oral) The petitioners are seeking relief of regularization on the respective posts of Class IV as per the Government notification dated 11.11.2003 (Annexure P2) and the orders passed by this Court in various cases.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that legal notice dated 19.2.2015 has already been served upon the respondents for the necessary relief and the petitioners have been working since 1997 onwards. The details of joining have been mentioned in the legal notice itself. Accordingly, the relief of regularization is being prayed for. Keeping in view the limited relief sought, this Court does not feel necessary to call upon the respondents to file reply.
