The instant petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in the following case :- FIR No.

Dated Sections Police Station 27.05.2022 302, 201 and 120-B IPC Sadar Nabha, District Patiala no. 2), Mo 2.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage but has requested that considering the fact that the petitioner has been in custody since 29.05.2022, the trial of the case may be expedited.

In view of the statement, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
