, -./ The instant petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 44 dated 22.02.2025 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 21 and 23 of the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019 at Police Station City South, District Moga. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that at the time when the above petition was filed, only the FIR had been registered, however, during the pendency of the present petition, the investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed.
