RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. against the order dated 07.09.2021 passed by Sessions Judge, Gurgaon, dismissing the plea for transfer of a case of the petitioner in FIR No.341 of 2014, 26.07.2014 under Sections 493, 376(2)(n) IPC, Police Station Sushant Lok 1, District Gurgaon, to some other |Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as such. Dismissed as infructuous.
