An interim order, passed by the Commissioner while hearing the revision petition, is alleged to have been violated by the Assistant Collector IInd Grade and the Halqa Kanungo. On reading of the order dated 15.04.2021, it is evident that the interim order was operative only till the next date of hearing i.e. 13.05.2021. Ultimately, the revision petition itself has been dismissed by the Commissioner on 25.11.2021. 2.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to continue with the proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Hence, the present petition is dismissed.
