Ms. Neha Arora, Advocate, for the petitioners. ***** HARSH BUNGER J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present civil writ petition, filed under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for directing respondent No.2 to expeditiously conclude the pending partition proceedings, in a time bound manner. 2.

Ms. Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, appears on behalf of respondents-State, in pursuance of the advance copy of paper book having already been supplied to her and she, on instructions from Ms. Navjeet Kaur, Tehsildar, Assandh, District Karnal, submits that presently one of the cosharers has preferred an appeal against the order sanctioning mode of partition, which is stated to be pending before the learned Collector for 29.05.2026. She further submits that subject to the outcome of the aforesaid appeal, learned Assistant Collector shall make strenuous endeavor to conclude the proceedings expeditiously, subject to any legal impediment or order passed by the higher authorities.
