Petitioner - Skystep Trading Ltd., having its office at 32 Kritis, Papachritoforou Building, 4th Floor, 3087, Limassol, Cyprus through its authorized representative, has brought the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., for issuance of an appropriate direction to the official respondents to inquire into the allegations raised by the petitioner against the private respondents and then to register FIR against them.

According to the petitioner, though it had sent a written complaint dated 18.11.2019 copy Annexure P-7, to SSP, Mohali, but that has not evoked any response.

CRM-M-35307 of 2020 -2Notice of motion. At this stage, Mr. Amar A. Pathak, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, has accepted notice on behalf of the State of Punjab. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to SSP, Mohali to dispose of its representation Annexure P-7.

Learned State counsel states that the official respondents would comply with any such direction issued by the Court. Therefore, the present petition is disposed of directing SSP, Mohali - respondent No.2, to look into the representation of the petitioner, copy Anneuxre P-7 and if he finds that some action in the matter is warranted, then needful be done in accordance with law, at the earliest.
