The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking quashing of loan recall/demand notice dated 17.01.2017 (Annexure P-17) issued by respondent No. 5 and circulars dated 21.11.2016 and 28.12.2016 (Annexures P-5 and P-6, respectively) issued by respondent No. 1. 2.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to the alternative remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law. 3.
Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies, as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
