After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the trial is at the fag end, he be permitted to withdraw the present petition, but a direction be given to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.

Learned State counsel has informed that the trial is at the stage of defence and arguments and the next date of hearing is 25.1.2021.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
