(ORAL) The parties agree that this writ petition is similar to CWP-11482-2015 titled as Sanjit Kumar Vs State of Haryana and others which we disposed of by our order and judgement dated 21.10.2015. The petitioner suffers from a handicap of 55%.

Learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents states that the impugned order dated 03.03.2015 (Annexure P-13) stands withdrawn. He further states that the petitioner is eligible and his case will accordingly be processed. The formal allotment letter will be issued to the petitioner latest by 07.12.2015.
