(Oral) The challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to the notice dated 17.10.2017 (Annexure P-5), issued under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (in short 'the SARFAESI Act, 2002) and another notice(s) dated 19.12.2017 & 27.12.2017, issued under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 (appended as Annexures P-8 & P-9, respectively). Besides above, certain other prayers have also been made. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner could not arrange the amount of ` 5.00 lakhs, in terms of order dated July 13, 2018. Therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition. 3.
