Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to decide representation dated 21.05.2019 (Annexure P7).

In the same matter, a petition was filed by petitioner-Hardeep Singh vide CRM-M-18880-2019, which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 02.05.2019 and as such, present petition is not maintainable and the same stands dismissed. However, it is made clear that if the authorities are not taking the required action in the matter, petitioner shall be at liberty to take the appropriate steps, as per law.
