Instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the award dated 26.08.2015 (Annexure P-10) and order dated 09.09.2015 (Annexure P-12) passed by respondent No.1 - Permanent Lok Adalat (Public Utility Services), Narnaul (hereinafter referred to as 'PLAPUS'), whereby petitioner has been directed to reimburse amount to respondents No.2 to 4 to the extent of ` 10.00 lacs plus interest which has accrued on that amount.

-2CWP No.23143 of 2015 I need not reproduce the facts of the case as the issue involved in this case has been dealt with by this Court in CWP No.7031 of 2014 titled 'The Branch Manager, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and another v. Gurdarshan Singh and another' decided on 19.09.2015. The decision rendered in the case of The Branch Manager, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd.
