Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of policy for grant of permits to mini bus operators having been set aside in CWP No. 15786 of 1999 decided on 20.12.2012 ( M/s Vijayant Travels vs. State of Punjab and others), this petition may be disposed of as having rendered infructuous.

Disposed of as having rendered infructuous without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to apply fresh for route permit, as per the above said judgment.
