Dated Police Station Sections 02.05.2019 Sadar ,Pathankot 406, 420 IPC, Section 13 of Punjab Prevention of Human Smuggling Act 2012 and Section 24 of Immigration Act Seeking quashing of the above captioned FIR, petitioners have come up before this Court by filing the present petition on the basis of compromise. 2.
Vide order dated 30.04.2024, parties were directed to appear before the concerned Court for recording their respective statements regarding compromise, however petitioner was unrepresented on that day.

As per office report, trial Court's report has been received and perusal of the same reveals that none appeared for recording of the statement for compromise. 4.
The present petition pertains to the year 2020 and neither the order dated 30.04.2024 has been complied with nor the petitioner is represented. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to file a fresh, if so desire. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
