*** On oral request made by learned counsel for the parties, the case is taken up today for final hearing.

Respondent No. 1 has moved an application for allowing the civil revision petition, however, requesting that a direction be issued to the trial Court to decide the matter in a time bound manner, which is pending since the year 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he has no objection if such direction is issued to the trial Court to dispose of the matter in a time bound manner.

Accordingly, the order dated 1.9.2021 passed by Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sirsa in a suit for recovery and mandatory injunction titled 'Sulakshna Taneja versus Namdev Taneja etc. dismissing the application for sending suit to recovery to Principal Judge, Family Court, Sirsa is set aside and the suit is ordered to be sent to Principal Judge, Family Court, Sirsa for disposal, in accordance with law. Civil Revision No. 2108 of 2021 (O&M) Court may proceed further from that stage and make earnest efforts to conclude the proceedings within a period of seven months by giving short adjournment in the matter. Both the counsel have undertaken that they would not seek adjournments except under very compelling circumstances in the trial Court. Copy of order be sent to the Courts concerned through District and Sessions Judge, Sirsa.
