The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing respondents No.1 to 5 to execute the demolishing of illegal shop constructed on land of Municipal Council, Kharar as per order dated 05.02.2024 (Annexure P-3).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Authorities at the first instance. 3.

In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afroesaid.
